This gift guide is brought to you by Venus et Fleur.
With a week to spare, because well.. motherhood, I put together an assortment of gifts to celebrate the moms in your life.

Nothing says Mother’s Day like a beautiful bouquet of flowers, and the offerings from Venus et Fleur this season are frankly breathtaking.
Gifts I would love to receive for Mother’s Day:
Poppy Nightgown - It’s almost that time… nightgown Summer. I have and adore this, but if I digift. Also on the pajama front, and I might be in the minority here, but I would love to receive a gift that also serves Willa, like an adorable matching pajama set for the two of us, from either here or here. Petite Plume also does great coordinating pajamas.
Adiré Diamond Bracelet - The collection was created in celebration of transformative journeys, and what’s more transformative than motherhood?
Première de Cartier - A hexagonal and tortoiseshell lens that I’m not positive will work for me, but I can hope.
D'Ascoli Embroidered Roma Napkins - I would love to build out my tableware collection so that I have a bit more variety to choose from, and these embroidered napkins are charming and would look beautiful alongside Parisian flatware.
Roma Heirloom Tomato Duo - I always love a good hand/dish soap combo. Take it a step further and pair it with these rubber dish gloves.
The Throne Adjacent - A sculptural footrest for the bathroom…squatty potty who? (I really do want this)
The Motherload by Sarah Hoover - A must read for women everywhere, especially the ones currently in the thick of motherhood.
Marylebone Album - Willa’s first birthday is quickly approaching (how?!) and I would love this album to chronicle her first year of life.
Mutha Skincare Bundle - Products made for and inspired by mothers. The face oil and body scrub are two of my favorites, but the entire line is gift worthy.
Venus et Fleur x Ginori 1735 - An arrangement and vase duo I will cherish for eternity.
A hybrid of things I know my mom would want, and gifts I’ve given her in the past:
Theraplush Overnight Repair - In honor of Mother’s Day, they’re doing complimentary refill pods with an order of 2 or more treatments… one for you, one for your mother.
Symmetry Pochette Slim Bag - We gave this as a gift to my mother-in-law last year and it’s by far her most used bag. She gets compliments on it constantly.
Underwater Weaving Studio Tray - A sister of the infamous stair tote from the holiday gift guide
The Grand Venus Arrangement - I think this speaks for itself, jaw dropping
Sculpted Earrings - For the jewelry lover
Baby Cheeks + Face Trace Sculpting Duo - Moms love Gucci Westman
The Signature Brush Suite - and Vicoria Beckham. Mom, if you’re reading this, act surprised.
Oasis Sandals - These were a gift to my Mom one year, and I know she will appreciate them forever.
HG Watering Can - For the mom who loves spending time in the garden
And because the soon-to-be mom in your life deserves a gift too:
Mama Stone - A luxurious lotion bar that I swore by during pregnancy (still do, actually). If you have a pregnant friend in your life, she will love this.
Printed Bath Robe - Because being pregnant (and postpartum) means a lot of time spent in a robe. I also love Weezie’s signature robe for its button sleeves and attached waist tie. They also offer nice monograming options.
Ulysse Notebook Cover - I’m not one to journal regularly, but I kept a small diary during my pregnancy to look back on and share with Willa one day, and I’m so glad I did. A nice notebook for an expecting friend makes for a sweet and sentimental gift.
The Pill Box - For all the prenatals, this one also looks nice
Basketweave Throw - A forever favorite blanket for hours spent on the couch
Peak Season Fruit Box - Flamingo Estate only delivers to the LA area, but Marmalade Grove ships their Ojai grown boxes of fresh fruit around the country.
For a freshly postpartum mom, there is no better gift than a nourishing, home cooked meal. Closely followed by an at-home pedicure, or a cleaning service.
More gift-giving inspiration:
Make It Personal
What’s better than receiving a gift that feels personal and chosen specially for you? Being the one to give it? Either way, a monogrammed route is always a thoughtful way to go, but here we aim for something slightly more original than a personalized Le Labo candle (said with zero hate, really).
Girl I really eat these up
"This whole list feels like a love letter to motherhood..with a dash of elegance, a sprinkle of self-care, and just enough whimsy to make me want to forward it to everyone I know (hint hint, family!..The embroidered napkins, the nightgown summer nod, the Willa..matching pajamas… pure delight!
